Shipping
The processing time of an order is one business day. When it is placed before noon it may be sent the same day. However, this is not always possible, in which case the order will be sent the next business day.
If the order has been presented to the shipping company, it generally takes 1 to 2 working days before it is delivered to you (within the Netherlands!).
Delivery times for shipments abroad differ per destination and may be subject to customs*, weather conditions, overcrowded shipping companies (particularly in Oct, Nov and Dec, due the holiday shopping) and the distance. Because these situations can cause delays, it is not possible to determine an exact delivery time.
Within Europe it can take 8 to 15 business days, while outside Europe this can take up to 20 to 30 business days or more.

If your order is significantly delayed, please send me a message and we will do our best to help you where possible.

* When you order from outside Europe, customs may be charged when the package arrives in the country of destination. We cannot predict what the costs will be. Preferably order via Etsy, they have the option to pay these costs immediately.

Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted.
Cancellation request: within 2 hours after purchase.

Return
Returning items is no problem.
Please contact me within 7 days after delivery. Items must be returned within 21 days after delivery.
Return conditions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any depreciation. If the item has been returned in good conditions, the item costs will be refunded to your account. It is not possible to refund the shipping costs, because these costs are already made.
